There is always a tipping point—that moment in time when something happens and you just know deep down inside that the trajectory has changed, and what once seemed a sure thing is not. Remember Howard Dean? Remember when he unexpectedly lost the Iowa caucus, and subsequently went on television and screamed into the cameras? Dogs and cats went scurrying under couches, and Americans thought, “No way, Jose, is that guy going to get my vote. He’s not stable.” That was the end of Howard Dean. It was a split second in time, but it cost him the election. It wasn’t long before people called it “The Scream That Doomed Howard Dean.”
I would never speak for her and because of her role in DC, I doubt she would answer that question. BUT, in the midst of a full time job in the last election, she with a friend started The Early Vote on Instagram and made a huge difference ONE PERSON AT A TIME getting the vote out. https://www.instagram.com/theearlyvote/ ...
Thanks for all that you do Chris - Is it allowed for me to say that this feels like what Germany must have been like ...back then. I am terrified for our kids and grandkids and will do whatever I can to save us all.
I would like to subscribe to your new thread of our political thoughts... what is it named?
I would love to know what Sarah thinks and what action steps she feels would be productive...if any

Of course, and it IS like Germany way back then.. So scary! But remember Churchill ... "Never, never, never quit."
Wish I had more faith in the voting population of our country to get "there."
I know. I felt the same way, but I do not want to look back and say I did nothing but say 'alas.'
